Refund Policy
Any purchase made through the online store can be exchanged for store credit. Expired class credits may be rolled-over into a new class pass (e.g. if you have 4 credits left on an expired pass and you buy a new 10-class pass, it will become a 14-class pass).
Recurring memberships must be cancelled before the next billing date in writing (email is fine). Early cancellation fees may apply. See our Auto-Deduct FAQ and Terms & Conditions for more details.
