Our open classes are an energetic all-levels vinyasa flow. Whether you're a longtime practitioner or brand-new to yoga, you will not feel out of place.



Through thoughtful cycles of breath and movement, you will work on mastering your mind and your body while also enjoying yourself. The practice can be profound and fun at the same time. With our focus on alignment and cultivating sensitivity, we aim to create an experience that is both accessible and edifying to all.

We are very excited to offer this unique blend of slower flowing postures and deep guided yoga nidra meditation.

The slower pace makes this an excellent way to refine your alignment, while the guided yoga nidra meditation (carefully structured visualizations and other mental exercises) makes this an extra- special opportunity for profound healing.

Ready to take your practice to the next level? The advanced classes work with more complex poses to challenge your concentration and sensitivity. They also introduce pranayama breathing exercises and meditation. ​

You will leave an advanced class feeling thoroughly worked out on several layers of your being. Everyone is welcome in the advanced class, though we recommend at least 1 year of yoga experience. You can also check out our advanced series and workshops.

Perfect for beginners, or for anyone looking to add some detail and nuance to their practice. The basics class is unique in offering a more informal, workshop-like atmosphere while still facilitating a deep and meditative experience. ​

If you're new to yoga, you will have the time and space to get the basic shapes of the poses under your belt. For the more experienced, there will be plenty of powerful information that you can use to build a better foundation for your practice.

Candle-Lit

By-Donation

Our most popular class - and for a good reason! Candle light has a long history of use in yoga. The flame focuses the mind, while the soft light makes it easier for us to let go of our usual sharp boundaries. These classes tend to be somewhat simpler than our open classes, but are still energetic and flowing, with a meditative ending.

Our weekly by-donation classes are the same format as our open classes. They are designed to make the class even more financially accessible, and all proceeds go to our charity of the month.
