Yoga nidra is a bridge from more physical practices towards more meditative ones, and is essentially a form of conscious deep sleep.

The practice begins by relaxing the body completely, and then progresses through the layers of conscious awareness, using archetypal imagery and visualizations to raise images from the subconscious.



We use yoga nidra practices in our Slow Flow classes.
