Auto What?

 

Auto-Deduct is the most affordable way to make a long-term commitment to your practice. Every month, on the first of the month, your credit or debit card will be charged and your membership will automatically be renewed.



How many classes can I attend each month?

 

As many as you want. You have an unlimited membership!



What about workshops?

 

Not included, alas.



Do I need to give you my bank details? 

 

No, everything is done via credit or debit card.



Do I have to start on the first of the month?

 

You can start whenever you'd like. Your first month will be pro-rated so you won't pay for a full month if you start in the middle. After that, you'll be billed on the first of every month.

 

What if I want to cancel?

 

​After your fourth full month, you can cancel without penalty at any time by sending us an email. We will cease billing you at that point, and your membership will still be valid through the end of the month.

 

And before the end of my fourth full month?

 

​You can cancel before the end of your fourth full month but you'll be charged a penalty equivalent to the difference between what you paid for your membership up to that point and what you would have paid if you'd been buying single-month unlimited passes rather than auto-deduct. 

 

Will you actually charge me the penalty if I cancel early?

 

Sometimes unexpected things occur, and we try to be accommodating wherever possible. Generally speaking though, we do have to charge the early cancellation penalty to be fair to those who pay the full price for single-month passes.

 

Can I pause my account if I'm leaving town?

 

Yes, you can pause at any time for up to four months without penalty.

 

How much does it actually cost me every month?

 

It actually costs you what it says it does. $99 (or $69 if you qualify for our student/senior/faculty/teacher/nurse discount) each month. We're not a phone company or a bank, so we don't need to rinse you with surprise charges and fees.
